The Martha O’Bryan Hope Center

Nashville, Tennessee

The Martha O’Bryan Hope Center project significantly expanded a community facility at Cayce Homes in Nashville, TN. The expanded Hope Center provides extensive and multifaceted services to residents including an early learning center, a food cooperative, and career counseling. These services are in support of the Envision Cayce project led by the Metropolitan Development Housing Authority of Nashville which has converted the existing 900 homes into 2,700 mixed-income residential units.

The $14.2 MM facility was financed using New Markets Tax Credits and CDFI loan proceeds.
