The Martha O’Bryan Hope Center

Nashvile, Tennessee

The Martha O’Bryan Hope Center project will significantly expand a community center at Cayce Homes in Nashville, TN. The expanded Hope Center will provide extensive and multifaceted services to residents including an early learning center, a food cooperative, and career counseling. These services are in support of the Envision Cayce project led by the Metropolitan Development Housing Authority of Nashville which will convert the existing 900 homes into 2,700 mixed-income residential units.

The $14.2 MM facility will be financed using New Markets Tax Credits and will be supported by debt provided by CDFI partners. The anticipated financing closing date is September 2021.
