4400 Gage Redevelopment

Atwater acquired 4400 Gage Avenue from the City of Bell in July 2018 as a cornerstone to the city’s new downtown vision. The 7,000 SF, 1929 brick building had been vacant for many years and was a source of blight for the community. The firm responded to an RFP from the City of Bell and was selected to acquire and renovate the property.

Atwater proposed redeveloping the vacant building as a craft brewery. In February of 2019, Atwater successfully leased the building to an award-winning craft brewery to complete the project.
