Atwater responded to an RFP from the City of Buena Park in June 2021 and was selected to acquire and renovate the three acre project at the Intersection of Artesia Blvd. and Interstate 5.
The redevelopment site as proposed will become a major regional hub for EV charging infrastructure with retail amenities. This location will be home to national retail tenants that will service 60+ electric vehicles charging stations. Tesla has committed to be a part of this project.
Development is set to begin in 2024.
