Say Sí Westside Campus

Say Sí Westside Campus is a project to expand an out-of-school-time arts programs run by SAY Sí, a long-standing San Antonio based nonprofit that provides tuition-free creative arts programming for youth. The new Westside campus will also serve as the new administrative office for SaySí and will be built in an existing San Antonio Housing Authority owned warehouse in the heart of an impoverished neighborhood in San Antonio.

The $22.7 MM project will be financed using New Markets Tax Credits and will be supported by debt provided by CDFI partners. The anticipated financing closing date is August 2021.
