Sharp Medical Office Building is a 68,350 SF building located in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego. The project houses medical office and primary care in a medically undeserved community and is operated by Sharp HealthCare.
The project’s community benefits include providing medical services and high quality jobs in a low income community. The building is also the first LEED Gold Certified medical facility in San Diego.
The project was financed in 2012 and construction was completed in 2013.
