NTC Liberty Station Promenade is a historic restoration and adaptive re-use of a former naval training base in San Diego, CA. The Promenade is a designated cultural district for the region to serve the arts, culture, science and technology. The $22 million renovation of seven historic buildings offers over 75,000 square feet of commercial space. The benefits of the project include providing space for primarily non-profit tenants in arts and culture.
The project was financed in 2011 and construction was completed in 2012.
